Manager, Finance & Accounting

This individual will play a key role in managing the financial and accounting operations of our company, providing leadership and guidance to the finance team and ensuring that the business is well-positioned for success.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management. A CPA certification is desirable, but not required. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of managing a successful finance team. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the financial and accounting operations of the company. • Provide strategic guidance and direction to the finance team. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Prepare financial statements and reports as required. • Work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability. • Monitor and analyze financial performance and identify areas of improvement. • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. • Oversee the budgeting process and analyze budget performance. • Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
