Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional service to clients and ensure accuracy and quality in all finance and accounting tasks.
2. Create and implement financial and accounting systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
4. Monitor client financial and accounting activities and provide advice and guidance to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
5. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports.
6. Develop and maintain internal control procedures to ensure accuracy and effective financial operations.
7. Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
8. Act as a liaison between clients and other internal stakeholders.
9. Manage and coordinate audit activities to ensure compliance with standards.
10. Develop financial strategies to support the overall business objectives.
