Manager, Finance & Accounting

KPMG is looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role would be responsible for leading and overseeing the financial operations of KPMG and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting, a keen eye for detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. We’re looking for an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance regulations is required, as is the ability to interpret financial statements and analyze financial data. Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the financial operations of KPMG in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations
• Analyze financial data and interpret financial statements
• Develop and implement financial strategies and objectives
• Monitor financial performance and ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and other legal and regulatory requirements
• Manage the accounting team and provide guidance and support
• Maintain internal controls and procedures
• Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team
• Identify and mitigate potential financial risks
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Liaise with external auditors and other stakeholders
• Stay up to date with accounting and financial developments
