Manager, Facilities Technology Services

KPMG is currently seeking an experienced and organized Manager, Facilities Technology Services to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day IT operations in our facilities and ensuring our technology services are running properly. We are looking for a Manager who is a self-starter with a passion for technology and problem-solving.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, have a thorough understanding of Information Technology and possess a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of building automation systems, network infrastructure and software development processes is also essential. Responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain IT operations, including building automation systems, network infrastructure, and software development processes.
2. Monitor IT systems and ensure they are running properly.
3. Identify any potential IT problems and devise solutions.
4. Develop and execute plans for IT maintenance and upgrades.
5. Manage the IT budget and ensure costs are kept within budget.
6. Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and process.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
8. Stay up to date on the latest technology trends and best practices.
9. Train staff on proper use of IT systems and processes.
10. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
