
Manager, Environmental and Geoscience

- Develop and implement environmental and geoscience strategies and initiatives in line with sustainability and conservation goals.
- Lead and manage a team of environmental and geoscience professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their current environmental practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct research and analysis to stay informed on current environmental and geoscience trends and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, and community organizations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and laws.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on environmental and geoscience matters.
- Monitor and report on the progress of environmental and geoscience initiatives, including identifying and addressing any challenges or roadblocks.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and innovations related to environmental and geoscience practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in environmental and geoscience processes and practices.
- Develop and manage budgets for environmental and geoscience projects and initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our environmental and geoscience expertise and services.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and career advancement.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for environmental and geoscience issues within the company and the wider community.
- Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of our environmental and geoscience programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team.
Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Geology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Environmental Consulting Or Geoscience Project Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Environmental Regulations And Compliance Requirements At The Federal, State, And Local Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Environmental And Geoscience Projects, Including Budgeting And Client Relations.
