  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to support clients in addressing environmental and geoscience challenges.
  2. Conduct in-depth research to stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to environmental and geoscience issues.
  3. Lead and manage a team of environmental and geoscience professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality work.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within KPMG to provide integrated solutions for clients.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored recommendations.
  6. Conduct site visits and assessments to identify potential environmental and geoscience risks for clients.
  7. Provide technical expertise and support in areas such as air quality, water resources, and sustainability.
  8. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders on environmental and geoscience topics.
  9. Review and analyze data and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  10. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of environmental and geoscience programs and initiatives for clients.
  11. Collaborate with business development teams to identify potential clients and contribute to proposal development.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in environmental and geoscience technologies.
  13. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to environmental and geoscience practices.
  14. Communicate with senior leadership to provide updates on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  15. Uphold KPMG's values and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Science, Geoscience, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Environmental Consulting, Project Management, Or Related Field.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Environmental Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Environmental Projects For Clients.
