1. Develop and maintain DevOps processes, systems, and tools to support the IT team's success.
2. Analyze complex IT problems and develop creative solutions.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies and processes.
4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise and support.
5. Participate in strategic planning sessions and meetings to ensure success of IT initiatives.
6. Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems and applications to ensure optimal performance.
7. Create and maintain technical documentation for all DevOps processes and tools.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with partners and vendors in order to ensure timely delivery of required IT services.
9. Train and mentor junior team members on DevOps processes and tools.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
