  1. Oversee the entire contract management process for State and Local Government contracts.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions for clients.
  4. Review and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert on State and Local Government contracts and regulations.
  6. Manage and mentor a team of contract specialists.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and clients.
  8. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential contract opportunities.
  9. Monitor and track contract performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations on contract management activities for senior management.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to State and Local Government contracts.
  12. Provide guidance and support to team members on contract-related issues.
  13. Communicate and negotiate with clients and government entities to resolve any contract disputes.
  14. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all contract-related tasks and deliverables.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences related to State and Local Government contracts.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In A Government Or Consulting Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of State And Local Government Procurement Processes, Regulations, And Laws.

  • Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Government Clients And Vendors.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Contracts And Deadlines Simultaneously.

  • A Bachelor's Degree In Business, Law, Or A Related Field. A Master's Degree Or Certification In Contract Management May Be Preferred.
