  1. Lead and manage complex valuation projects for clients across various industries.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Apply advanced valuation methodologies and techniques to accurately assess the value of assets, businesses, and investments.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to support valuation conclusions.
  5. Prepare comprehensive and accurate valuation reports for clients.
  6. Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met within budget.
  7. Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and knowledge in valuation.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to valuation.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert in valuation and provide guidance to clients and team members.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and teams within KPMG to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
  11. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  12. Represent KPMG professionally and adhere to the firm's policies and procedures.
  13. Provide exceptional client service and maintain client satisfaction.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the quality of work.
  15. Comply with all ethical and professional standards set by the firm and relevant regulatory bodies.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Complex Valuation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Conducting Complex Valuations, Including Financial Modeling And Analysis.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Manager, Complex Valuation Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Effectively Interpret And Analyze Complex Financial Data And Derive Meaningful Insights.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Valuation Methods: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Valuation Methods Such As Discounted Cash Flow, Market Multiples, And Option Pricing To Accurately Value Complex Assets.

  • Team Management Experience: As A Manager, Complex Valuation, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Analysts And Associates. Therefore, Prior Experience In Managing A Team And Delegating Tasks Effectively Is Essential.

  • Professional Qualifications: A Manager, Complex Valuation Should Hold Relevant Professional Qualifications Such As A Cfa, Asa, Or Cpa To Demonstrate A Strong Foundation In Finance And Accounting Principles.
