
Manager, Compensation Strategies
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager, Compensation Strategies to join the KPMG team. This position is a great opportunity for an individual who is driven by a passion to help businesses achieve their desired outcomes by delivering effective compensation strategies.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation strategy, human resources, and/or business consulting. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a must, and an MBA or MA/MS in a relevant field and/or certification in Compensation Management is preferred.The Manager, Compensation Strategies will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a wide range of compensation strategies and programs. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and be able to think strategically to develop innovative solutions for our clients. The Manager should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently as well as collaborate with other teams, and be comfortable taking on a leadership role. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage a wide range of compensation strategies and programs.
- Analyze client needs and develop innovative solutions.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of compensation strategies and programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to compensation.
- Monitor the effectiveness of compensation plans and suggest improvements.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on compensation-related matters.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to compensation programs and strategies.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness of compensation plans.
