  1. Develop and implement risk management strategies for commercial credit risks.
  2. Monitor and evaluate commercial credit portfolios to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate actions.
  3. Conduct thorough credit risk assessments for clients, taking into account industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management practices are in place.
  5. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage commercial credit risks.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored risk management solutions.
  8. Prepare and present comprehensive risk reports to senior management, highlighting potential areas of concern and offering recommendations for improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all commercial credit activities.
  10. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address any queries or concerns related to commercial credit risks.
  11. Continuously assess and improve risk management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Stay abreast of new developments and advancements in the commercial lending industry to incorporate best practices into risk management strategies.
  13. Train and educate team members on commercial credit risk management principles and techniques.
  14. Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established risk management policies and procedures.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on commercial credit risks and provide guidance and support to other departments within the organization.

Job Qualifications
