  1. Advise clients on commercial contract matters, including contract negotiation, drafting, and review.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of commercial contracts to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  4. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to commercial contracts.
  5. Manage a team of contract specialists and provide guidance and support on complex contract issues.
  6. Collaborate with other teams within KPMG to provide integrated solutions to clients.
  7. Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and identify opportunities for contract optimization.
  8. Facilitate contract negotiations between clients and relevant stakeholders.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs on commercial contracts to clients and internal teams.
  10. Contribute to the growth and success of the Commercial Contracts team through business development and thought leadership activities.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract activities and client interactions.
  12. Adhere to KPMG's ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of client information.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery to clients.
  14. Keep abreast of industry best practices and incorporate them into contract management processes.
  15. Mentor and coach junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge in commercial contracts.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Contract Negotiation And Management: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Negotiating And Managing Commercial Contracts. This Includes Experience With Drafting And Reviewing Contracts, Identifying Potential Risks, And Negotiating Favorable Terms And Conditions.

  • Strong Understanding Of Commercial And Legal Principles: A Manager In This Role Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Both Commercial And Legal Principles, Including Contract Law, Intellectual Property Rights, And Compliance Regulations. This Knowledge Is Essential For Effectively Advising Clients On Contract Matters.
