- Advise clients on commercial contract matters, including contract negotiation, drafting, and review.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of commercial contracts to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to commercial contracts.
- Manage a team of contract specialists and provide guidance and support on complex contract issues.
- Collaborate with other teams within KPMG to provide integrated solutions to clients.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and identify opportunities for contract optimization.
- Facilitate contract negotiations between clients and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training programs on commercial contracts to clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the Commercial Contracts team through business development and thought leadership activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract activities and client interactions.
- Adhere to KPMG's ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery to clients.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and incorporate them into contract management processes.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge in commercial contracts.
Extensive Experience In Contract Negotiation And Management: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Negotiating And Managing Commercial Contracts. This Includes Experience With Drafting And Reviewing Contracts, Identifying Potential Risks, And Negotiating Favorable Terms And Conditions.
