  1. Develop and implement effective contract management strategies for clients in various industries.
  2. Oversee the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  3. Monitor and track contract performance and identify potential risks or issues.
  4. Provide guidance and support to clients on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, amendments, and disputes.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in commercial contract management.
  7. Train and mentor junior team members on contract management processes and procedures.
  8. Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor on all contract-related matters.
  9. Conduct regular reviews and audits of contracts to ensure accuracy and mitigate potential risks.
  10. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the contract management process, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
  11. Adhere to all ethical and professional standards set by KPMG.
  12. Meet or exceed assigned targets and contribute to the overall success and growth of the firm.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Contracts Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Advisory Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Contract Negotiation, Risk Assessment, And Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Colleagues.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Contract Law And Procurement Regulations.
