  1. Develop and implement strategies for effective management of commercial contracts for clients.

  8. Collaborate with other departments and teams within KPMG to provide comprehensive advisory services to clients.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulatory requirements related to commercial contracts.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of commercial contract management.
  11. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to provide timely updates and recommendations.
  12. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of KPMG's services and offerings to effectively promote and cross-sell to clients.
  13. Monitor and track contract performance, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
  14. Participate in business development activities, including preparing proposals and presentations, to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  15. Uphold KPMG's values and standards of professionalism in all interactions and work.

Job Qualifications
