- Collaborate with other departments and teams within KPMG to provide comprehensive advisory services to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulatory requirements related to commercial contracts.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of commercial contract management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to provide timely updates and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of KPMG's services and offerings to effectively promote and cross-sell to clients.
- Monitor and track contract performance, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
- Participate in business development activities, including preparing proposals and presentations, to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Contract Management And Negotiation
Strong Understanding Of Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Commercial Contracts
