Job Description

Hello! Are you passionate about the latest audio visual technology and have a strong background in sourcing and procurement? KPMG is seeking a skilled and driven Manager to join our team as the Audio Visual Commodity Sourcing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sourcing and procurement efforts for all audio visual commodities across our organization. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing supplier relationships.   1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for audio visual commodities to meet the organization's needs and objectives.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure the best quality, pricing, and terms for the organization.
  3. Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay updated on the latest audio visual technology and make informed sourcing decisions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and finance, to understand their audio visual needs and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies.
  5. Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall sourcing efficiency.
  6. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and execution, to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and internal clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service.
  8. Track and report on key performance indicators, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and contract compliance, to senior management.
  9. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to audio visual commodities and ensure adherence to them.
  10. Mentor and train junior sourcing team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets and develop their skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sourcing And Procurement Within The Audio Visual Industry.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Cost Modeling To Identify Cost Saving Opportunities.
