In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing the supply of audio visual equipment and services across our global organization.   1. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of audio visual equipment and services, both domestically and internationally.
  2. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of audio visual technology.
  3. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals for the organization.
  4. Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and delivery standards are met.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their audio visual technology needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in audio visual technology to inform sourcing decisions.
  7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall sourcing processes.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of sourcing activities and contracts.
  9. Communicate regularly with suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment and address any issues that may arise.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commodity Sourcing, Preferably In The Audio Visual Industry.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Experience In Managing Supplier Relationships.

  • Knowledge Of Market Trends And Pricing Strategies In The Audio Visual Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Collaborate With Various Departments Within The Organization.
