  1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for audio visual commodities to meet the firm's needs and objectives.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and manage vendor relationships.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and pricing to ensure competitive advantage in sourcing audio visual equipment and services.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide cost-effective solutions.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  6. Manage the entire procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of audio visual commodities.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sourcing activities and contracts.
  8. Monitor and manage supplier performance, including conducting regular reviews and resolving any issues or disputes.
  9. Keep up-to-date with advancements in audio visual technology and make recommendations for improvement or cost savings.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sourcing activities and cost savings achieved.
  11. Mentor and lead junior sourcing team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on audio visual commodities and provide training and support to other teams within the firm.
  13. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in procurement activities.
  14. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in sourcing audio visual commodities.
  15. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to stay informed on industry developments and networking opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Sourcing, With At Least 2 Years Specifically In Audio Visual Commodities.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Experience Managing Vendor Relationships.

  • Knowledge Of Current Market Trends And Technology In The Audio Visual Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
