- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth and enhance brand presence for KPMG's Advisory practice.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including partners, consultants, and other marketing professionals, to identify key objectives and target audiences for marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels, to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and thought leadership pieces, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends, and use this knowledge to continuously improve and innovate marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Mentor and develop junior marketing team members to support their growth and success.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding across regions.
- Represent KPMG at industry events and conferences, showcasing our services and thought leadership.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Marketing, Preferably In A Professional Services Or Consulting Firm.
Strong Understanding Of Advisory Services And The Ability To Translate Complex Concepts Into Compelling Marketing Messages.
Proven Track Record In Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Campaigns And Strategies.
