- Develop and implement innovative lifecycle solutions for clients, in line with their strategic goals and business objectives
- Utilize strong understanding of customer lifecycle management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of projects, from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lifecycle management to continuously improve and enhance solutions
- Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of lifecycle solutions, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance
- Mentor and train team members on lifecycle management techniques and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for new lifecycle solutions and upsell/cross-sell to existing clients
