  1. Lead and manage a team of cyber security professionals to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies and best practices for identifying and mitigating cyber threats.
  3. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to cyber security.
  5. Monitor and analyze security logs and reports to identify potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in cyber security and make recommendations for improvements to current practices.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry experts.
  8. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in cyber security.
  9. Act as a point of contact for any security incidents and lead the response and remediation efforts.
  10. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and clients.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to cyber security.
  12. Participate in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  13. Conduct regular risk assessments and work with the team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  14. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Cyber Security Operations, With A Focus On Threat Detection And Response.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Security Tools And Technologies, Such As Siem, Ids/Ips, And Endpoint Security.

  • Experience Leading A Team Of Cyber Security Professionals And Managing Complex Projects.

  • Professional Certifications In The Field Of Cyber Security, Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Giac, Are Preferred.
