  1. Develop and implement strategies to protect clients' sensitive data and assets from cyber threats.
  2. Lead a team of cyber security professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  3. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in cyber security and implement new technologies and methodologies as appropriate.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential cyber risks for clients.
  5. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to ensure the security of clients' systems and networks.
  6. Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to clients and internal stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in all matters related to cyber security.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the field of cyber security.
  9. Conduct training and awareness programs for employees to promote a cyber security conscious culture.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of security operations processes and procedures.
  11. Manage and maintain cyber security incident response plans, including conducting mock drills and exercises.
  12. Proactively identify potential cyber security threats and take preventive measures to mitigate risks.
  13. Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts, investigating and responding to any potential security breaches.
  14. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status of cyber security operations and any potential risks.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Giac Are Preferred.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cyber Security, With A Focus On Secops.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Cyber Security Professionals.

  • Deep Understanding Of Security Operations Processes, Tools, And Techniques, Including Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, And Vulnerability Management.
