  1. Lead and oversee all aspects of security operations, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  2. Develop and implement effective security strategies and processes to protect client data and systems.
  3. Stay updated on the latest cyber security threats and trends, and proactively recommend and implement measures to mitigate risks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the business.
  5. Manage and mentor a team of security specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their continued development and success.
  6. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address any vulnerabilities or weaknesses in client systems.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on all matters related to SecOps, providing guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their security needs are met.
  9. Proactively identify and communicate any security risks or incidents to relevant stakeholders, and lead the response and remediation efforts.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve security processes and procedures to enhance the overall effectiveness of the security program.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance and expand the company's security capabilities.
  12. Participate in industry conferences and forums to stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in cyber security.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cyber Security Or Information Security Operations

  • Professional Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Other Relevant Certifications

  • Strong Knowledge Of Security Tools And Technologies, Such As Siem, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, Vulnerability Scanning, And Data Encryption

  • Experience Leading A Team And Managing Complex Projects In A Fast-Paced Environment
