Job Description

KPMG is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Representative to join our Office Experience team. As Lead Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring KPMG employees have an excellent experience in the office, from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave. You will be the face of KPMG, providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and supporting the office environment.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be well-organized and detail-oriented, and have a professional attitude and demeanor. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the capacity to think quickly and efficiently on your feet. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has experience leading teams, and is passionate about delivering an outstanding office experience for our employees. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the face of KPMG, providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and supporting the office environment • Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor at all times • Monitor customer service levels, ensuring they meet KPMG’s high standards • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies and processes • Proactively manage customer complaints and feedback • Ensure a safe and secure office environment • Manage the office budget and ensure all expenses remain within the allocated budget • Train and develop customer service representatives • Analyze customer service data and metrics to identify areas for improvement • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer service
