  9. Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards expanding the firm's insurance services.
  10. Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on the latest developments in the insurance field.
  11. Foster a positive and professional work environment within the insurance team.
  12. Provide exceptional client service, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of insurance services.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Insurance Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Big Four Firm.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Industry Regulations And Compliance.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Insurance Strategies For Clients.
