- Manage and maintain the SailPoint Identity and Access Management system, ensuring the security and integrity of our data.
- Monitor the system regularly to identify and resolve any potential issues or vulnerabilities.
- Work closely with the IT team to implement and maintain security protocols and procedures for the system.
- Create and maintain user accounts, access permissions, and roles within the system.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes for managing user access and data security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IAM to continuously improve the system.
- Train and support end-users on proper usage of the system and data management procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to the system and its processes.
- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of the system and recommend improvements as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of long-term strategies for data management and security.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data privacy and confidentiality.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent data breaches or unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of the system with other applications and platforms.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Sailpoint Identityiq Software.
Strong Understanding Of Identity And Access Management Principles And Best Practices.
Experience With Implementing And Maintaining Role-Based Access Controls.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
