  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all SailPoint data administration activities within the Identity and Access Management team.
  2. Design, develop, and implement SailPoint data solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  3. Manage and maintain the integrity and security of client data within the SailPoint platform.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
  5. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  6. Monitor and analyze data usage and access patterns to identify potential security risks and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Actively participate in the planning and execution of SailPoint upgrades, patching, and enhancements.
  8. Provide training and support to end-users on data management best practices and SailPoint functionality.
  9. Generate regular reports and metrics to track data quality and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IAM and SailPoint data management.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful implementation and integration of data solutions.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert for all SailPoint data-related queries and provide guidance and support to team members.
  13. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline data management processes.
  14. Proactively identify and escalate any potential data privacy or security breaches.
  15. Maintain documentation of all data management processes, procedures, and configurations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Iam (Identity And Access Management) Administration, Specifically With Sailpoint.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Sailpoint Identityiq And Identitynow Platforms, Including Installation, Configuration, And Troubleshooting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Active Directory, Ldap, And Other Directory Services.

  • Experience With Enterprise-Level Identity Management And Access Governance Processes, Including Role-Based Access Control, Access Certification, And Privileged Access Management.
