We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ and data administration principles.   1. Manage and maintain the SailPoint IdentityIQ system for our clients, including user access, permissions, and data integrity.
  2. Monitor and analyze data usage and patterns to identify potential security risks and proactively implement solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security protocols and procedures.
  4. Develop and maintain data administration policies and procedures for SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with data security regulations and industry best practices.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues or incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Stay updated on the latest cyber security trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to our data security processes.
  8. Train and educate team members on data security protocols and procedures.
  9. Work closely with clients to understand their specific data security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to provide updates on data security initiatives and address any concerns or questions.
  11. Participate in project planning and execution to ensure data security requirements are met.
  12. Conduct regular data backups and disaster recovery tests to ensure the safety and availability of client data.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve data security processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of protection for our clients' data.
  14. Adhere to company and industry data security standards and regulations.
  15. Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless and secure experience for our clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Sailpoint Identityiq Or Similar Iam Tools.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Data Administration, Including Data Analysis, Data Modeling, And Data Governance.

  • Strong Understanding Of Identity And Access Management Concepts, Such As Role-Based Access Control, Entitlements, And Access Certifications.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
