Finance & Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the finance department and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial activities.

3. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
4. Manage budgets and create financial reports for review by senior management.
5. Monitor financial performance and analyze trends to produce forecasts.
6. Monitor compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
7. Supervise and train finance department staff.
8. Manage financial projects and ensure deadlines are met.
9. Liaise with external auditors and other stakeholders.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
