Finance & Operations Manager

At KPMG, we are looking for a Finance & Operations Manager who is an experienced professional with a passion for driving business transformation. We are seeking a highly-motivated individual who is able to manage operations and financial operations with precision and dedication. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the finance and operations field, with experience managing complex projects and overseeing a team.The successful candidate will need to possess a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in a finance or operations role. An MBA (or similar degree) is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an understanding of financial planning and budgeting, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage financial and operational activities, projects, and processes

• Develop and implement strategies for improving performance and efficiency

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports

• Monitor financial performance of the organization and ensure compliance with financial regulations

• Manage the finance and operations team and ensure timely completion of tasks

• Analyze data and trends to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations

• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process

• Advise the management team on financial and operational issues

• Assist with financial planning, investment decisions, and other financial decisions

• Identify cost saving opportunities and develop cost control measures

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations

• Provide training and guidance to the finance and operations team

• Maintain relationships with external vendors and stakeholders
