Finance & Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement long-term business plans and strategies to improve financial performance.
2. Analyze financial data and create reports to support decision-making.
3. Monitor and evaluate financial operations and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Develop and maintain budgetary controls to ensure efficient use of resources.
5. Prepare annual budget proposals and track budget performance.
6. Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
7. Manage and track cash flow and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
8. Monitor and analyze financial trends and develop strategies to address potential risks and opportunities.
9. Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits.
10. Provide financial and operational guidance and support to other departments in the organization.
11. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.
12. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial and operational management.
