
Finance & Operations Manager
KPMG is looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as Finance & Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial and operational procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations. As Finance & Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the KPMG team, developing and implementing long-term business plans and strategies to improve financial performance.We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of five years of experience in financial and operational management, preferably in a public accounting firm. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field and hold a CPA certification. Additionally, you should have an in-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting. You should be a strong problem-solver, able to think critically and take initiative to proactively identify and address issues. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term business plans and strategies to improve financial performance.
- Analyze financial data and create reports to support decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate financial operations and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain budgetary controls to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Prepare annual budget proposals and track budget performance.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Manage and track cash flow and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Monitor and analyze financial trends and develop strategies to address potential risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits.
- Provide financial and operational guidance and support to other departments in the organization.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.
- Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial and operational management.
