
Finance & Operations Manager
KPMG is looking for a dynamic, dedicated and highly-experienced Finance & Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial operations role, preferably in the professional services or consulting industry. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial operations and strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Analyze financial data and develop reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external parties, such as vendors, clients, and government agencies.
- Research and resolve financial issues arising from operations.
- Manage financial operations staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency.
- Provide customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline financial operations.
