Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and monitor financial operations and strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
2. Analyze financial data and develop reports and recommendations to senior management.
3. Develop and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
4. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with external parties, such as vendors, clients, and government agencies.
6. Research and resolve financial issues arising from operations.
7. Manage financial operations staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
8. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency.
9. Provide customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
10. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline financial operations.
