  1. Provide administrative support to Tax leaders and their teams, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Maintain and organize confidential tax documents and files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  3. Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for Tax leaders.
  4. Assist with budget management and expense tracking for the Tax department.
  5. Serve as a liaison between Tax leaders and other departments, external clients, and vendors.
  6. Coordinate and oversee project timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  7. Assist with project management tasks such as creating project plans, tracking progress, and organizing project meetings.
  8. Conduct research and gather data for tax-related projects and initiatives.
  9. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement efficient processes and procedures.
  10. Handle phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and redirecting as necessary.
  11. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships.
  12. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges and offer solutions to improve processes and workflows.
  13. Stay updated on tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide support and insights to Tax leaders.
  14. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Tax leaders.
  15. Uphold the company's values and maintain a positive and collaborative working environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.
