- Provide administrative support to Tax leaders and their teams, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize confidential tax documents and files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for Tax leaders.
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking for the Tax department.
- Serve as a liaison between Tax leaders and other departments, external clients, and vendors.
- Coordinate and oversee project timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Assist with project management tasks such as creating project plans, tracking progress, and organizing project meetings.
- Conduct research and gather data for tax-related projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement efficient processes and procedures.
- Handle phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and redirecting as necessary.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges and offer solutions to improve processes and workflows.
- Stay updated on tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide support and insights to Tax leaders.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Tax leaders.

Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
