As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our tax department.   1. Provide administrative support to tax professionals in the department, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Maintain and organize tax documents, reports, and files in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Assist in the preparation and coordination of tax-related documents, such as tax returns, financial statements, and other legal documents.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
  5. Handle and prioritize incoming correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail, in a professional and efficient manner.
  6. Take accurate and detailed meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties.
  7. Coordinate and manage the department's budget and expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  8. Act as a liaison between the tax department and other departments within the company, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  9. Stay up-to-date with tax laws, regulations, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and support to tax professionals.
  10. Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  11. Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and situations.
  12. Proactively identify and implement ways to improve departmental processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Collaborate with other executive assistants and team members to ensure cohesive and seamless support for the tax department.
  14. Represent the company and the tax department in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  15. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth and development to contribute to the overall success of the department and the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Tax Knowledge: The Executive Assistant Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Tax Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience In Preparing And Reviewing Tax Documents.

  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Kpmg Is A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, And The Executive Assistant Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Priorities With Ease.

  • Exceptional Communication Abilities: The Executive Assistant Will Be Responsible For Liaising With Clients, Senior Executives, And Internal Teams, So Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential.

  • Advanced Computer Skills: Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Is Necessary For Managing Spreadsheets, Creating Presentations, And Generating Reports.

  • Proven Administrative Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Role, Preferably In A Tax Or Accounting Firm. Experience In Coordinating Meetings, Managing Calendars, And Handling Confidential Information Is Highly Desirable.
