Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage enterprise architecture, legal and regulatory strategies for the organization.
2. Lead the implementation of architecture, legal and compliance processes and standards.
3. Provide advice and guidance on risk and compliance related matters.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of legal, risk and compliance policies and procedures.
5. Identify opportunities for process and system improvement and recommend solutions.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of architecture, legal and compliance strategies.
7. Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely communication of progress.
8. Identify and manage risks associated with enterprise architecture, legal and compliance projects.
9. Monitor and report on the progress of projects.
10. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
