
Director, Third Party Compliance
We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as Director, Third Party Compliance at KPMG. As the Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Third Party Compliance Program for KPMG, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of compliance and ethics. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with an in-depth understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or a related field, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in a compliance or regulatory role. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to think critically and strategically. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage KPMG’s Third Party Compliance Program to ensure compliance with the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate third-party compliance activities to ensure effectiveness and accuracy.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Analyze and assess compliance risks related to third party activities and make recommendations for mitigating those risks.
- Monitor and report on compliance issues and trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper implementation of compliance initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compliance and regulatory matters.
- Provide guidance and advice on compliance matters to internal teams.
