- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent and culture data strategy to support KPMG's overall business objectives.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify key insights and trends related to talent and culture within the organization.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand their data and analytics needs and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data dashboards and visualizations to track and communicate key talent and culture metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and use this knowledge to continuously improve and enhance KPMG's data solutions.
- Manage a team of data analysts and oversee their work to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data-driven insights and solutions.
- Communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges and provide data-driven solutions to address them.
- Drive a culture of data-driven decision making and promote the use of data and analytics in all HR processes and decisions.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Lead and participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent and culture data as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve KPMG's talent and culture data solutions to ensure they are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Data Analysis And Reporting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Data Analytics And The Ability To Use Various Tools And Techniques To Analyze Talent And Culture Data Effectively. This Includes Experience With Data Visualization, Statistical Analysis, And Data Modeling.
Proven Experience In Talent Management: The Director Should Have A Proven Track Record In Developing And Implementing Talent Management Strategies, Including Recruitment, Retention, And Performance Management. They Should Also Have Experience In Leveraging Data To Inform And Improve These Processes.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Collaborating With Other Departments And Stakeholders. Therefore, They Should Possess Exceptional Leadership, Communication, And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Knowledge Of Hr Technology And Systems: The Candidate Should Have Experience With Hr Technology And Systems, Including Hris, Talent Management Software, And Data Visualization Tools. They Should Be Able To Use These Systems To Collect, Analyze, And Present Talent And Culture Data In A Meaningful Way.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Best Practices In Talent Management And Data Analytics. This Includes Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, As Well As Industry Standards And Benchmarks For Talent And Culture Data.
