- Develop and implement data-driven talent and culture strategies that align with the overall business objectives of KPMG.
- Conduct thorough analysis of talent and culture data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and drive organizational success.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, leadership, and business units, to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights.
- Lead the design and implementation of data governance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of talent and culture data.
- Manage a team of data analysts to collect, analyze, and report on talent and culture metrics, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate key talent and culture metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent and culture analytics, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance data capabilities within the organization.
- Identify and troubleshoot data quality and integrity issues, and work towards developing solutions to address them.
- Provide training and support to HR and other business units on how to interpret and utilize talent and culture data effectively.
- Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization, using data insights to inform and drive these efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate talent and culture data into other business processes and systems.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization, advocating for the use of data to drive strategic talent and culture initiatives.
- Represent KPMG at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and best practices on talent and culture data solutions.
- Support the development of budget and resource allocation plans for talent and culture data initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the organization has access to the necessary tools and resources for effective talent and culture data management.
