  1. Develop and implement data-driven talent and culture strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of data analysts and specialists to collect, analyze, and interpret talent and culture data.
  3. Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent and culture metrics and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
  4. Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify data needs and develop solutions to address talent and culture challenges.
  5. Use data and analytics to identify trends and patterns in employee engagement, retention, and development, and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, and business leaders.
  7. Stay current with industry best practices and trends in talent and culture analytics and continuously look for ways to enhance and innovate our data strategy.
  8. Lead the development and implementation of data-driven tools and systems to support talent and culture initiatives.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance data capabilities and bring in new technologies and tools.
  10. Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing data and analytics team.
  11. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations and maintain the integrity and accuracy of all talent and culture data.
  12. Drive a culture of data-driven decision making and champion the use of data in all talent and culture initiatives.
  13. Participate in strategic planning and provide insights and recommendations to support the organization's growth and success.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on talent and culture data and analytics for the organization and represent KPMG at industry conferences and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Data Analytics, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Hr Data Analysis, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Data Systems And Technologies, Including Hris, Ats, And Data Visualization Tools

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Data-Driven Solutions In A Fast-Paced, Global Organization

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Insights To A Non-Technical Audience.
