  1. Lead a team of professionals in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver innovative solutions that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Utilize your deep understanding of IT service management processes to guide and advise on ServiceNow implementations.
  4. Manage and oversee all aspects of ServiceNow projects, including budget, timelines, and resources.
  5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Develop and implement best practices and standards for ServiceNow implementation and delivery.
  7. Stay current with the latest trends and updates in ServiceNow technology and incorporate them into project strategies.
  8. Effectively communicate project updates, progress, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
  9. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.
  10. Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
  11. Drive continuous improvement and process efficiencies within the ServiceNow team.
  12. Represent KPMG as a thought leader in the ServiceNow space through industry events, conferences, and thought leadership pieces.
  13. Collaborate with other technology leaders and stakeholders to align ServiceNow solutions with overall technology strategy.
  14. Ensure adherence to KPMG's standards, policies, and procedures throughout the ServiceNow development and implementation process.
  15. Contribute to the growth and success of the technology practice by identifying opportunities for business development and client expansion.

  • Extensive Experience With Servicenow Platform: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform And Its Various Modules, Including It Service Management, It Operations Management, And Customer Service Management. They Should Have Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Complex Servicenow Solutions For Large Organizations.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Director, Servicenow Tech Leader, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Servicenow Professionals And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Managing Teams And Projects, Including Setting Goals, Delegating Tasks, And Ensuring Timely Delivery.
