Job Description

As the Director for SAP S4/HANA Plan to Inventory (PTI) at KPMG, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients optimize their supply chain processes and achieve business growth.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain processes for clients using SAP S4/HANA technology.
  2. Lead and manage the PTI team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for improvement in their supply chain processes.
  4. Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP S4/HANA to design and implement innovative solutions for clients.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in SAP technology to continuously improve and enhance our PTI services.
  6. Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service.
  7. Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  8. Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in SAP S4/HANA.
  9. Collaborate with other teams within KPMG to identify cross-functional opportunities and drive business growth.
  10. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations, to expand the PTI practice.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Sap S4/Hana: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience Working With Sap S4/Hana, With A Strong Understanding Of The Plan To Inventory (Pti) Module.

  • Project Management Skills: A Director At Kpmg Is Responsible For Leading And Managing Projects, So The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Sap Implementation Projects.

  • Strategic Thinking: The Director Should Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Develop And Execute Innovative Pti Strategies For Clients, Taking Into Account Their Unique Business Needs And Objectives.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Leader, The Director Will Be Required To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Team Members, And Senior Management. They Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Industry Best Practices For Pti Processes And Inventory Management, And Be Able To Provide Expert Guidance To Clients On How To Optimize Their Operations Using Sap S4/Hana.
