  2. Lead a team of consultants to deliver successful implementations that meet clients' business objectives.
  3. Utilize expertise in SAP Ariba and project management to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  4. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project timelines.
  5. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and tailor implementation strategies accordingly.
  6. Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
  7. Ensure effective communication and coordination between team members and other departments within the company.
  8. Manage project budgets and resources to ensure successful and profitable implementations.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to SAP Ariba implementation.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive future business opportunities.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in SAP Ariba implementation.
  13. Oversee the identification and resolution of any issues or roadblocks during the implementation process.
  14. Collaborate with other departments within the company to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services to clients.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the company's expertise in SAP Ariba implementation.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Sap Ariba Implementation: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience In Implementing Sap Ariba Solutions, Including Procurement, Sourcing, And Supplier Management Modules. They Should Also Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Large-Scale Ariba Implementations For Clients.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: As A Director, Sap Ariba Implementation, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Complex Implementation Projects. They Should Have A Strong Background In Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Waterfall, And Be Able To Effectively Manage Timelines, Resources, And Budgets.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Procurement And Supply Chain Processes: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Procurement And Supply Chain Processes, And How They Can Be Optimized Through The Use Of Sap Ariba Solutions. They Should Also Have Experience In Identifying And Implementing Best Practices To Improve Efficiency And Drive Cost Savings For Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: The Director, Sap Ariba Implementation Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Consultants And Working Closely With Clients To Understand Their Business Needs And Provide Strategic Recommendations. Therefore, Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential For This Role.
