- Lead and manage EPM projects for clients, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
- Design and develop EPM solutions using Oracle's EPM suite, utilizing your strong technical expertise and knowledge of business processes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance on how to optimize their financial processes using EPM.
- Provide thought leadership and stay up to date with industry trends in EPM, constantly seeking out new and innovative ways to improve our offerings and services.
- Mentor and supervise team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Communicate with stakeholders and senior management to provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
- Conduct trainings and workshops to educate clients on EPM best practices and how to effectively utilize the Oracle EPM suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and project management, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of EPM solutions.
- Stay current on the latest advancements in EPM technology and tools, and make recommendations for how to incorporate them into our solutions.
- Represent KPMG in a professional manner, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Extensive Experience With Oracle Epm Suite: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8 Years Of Experience Working With Oracle Epm Suite, Including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, And Financial Management.
Strong Technical Skills: The Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Epm Architecture And Be Proficient In Developing, Implementing, And Maintaining Epm Solutions.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Director, This Role Will Require Leading A Team Of Epm Architects And Working Closely With Clients To Deliver Successful Projects. The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills To Ensure The Team Delivers High-Quality Solutions Within Budget And On Time.
Excellent Communication And Client Management Abilities: This Role Will Involve Working Closely With Clients To Understand Their Requirements And Provide Solutions That Meet Their Needs. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Build Strong Relationships With Clients.
