  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the availability and reliability of KPMG's network infrastructure.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the network, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve network-related issues.
  4. Lead and manage a team of network engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve network performance and security.
  7. Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, procedures, and policies.
  8. Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of network outages and maintenance.
  9. Monitor network capacity and proactively plan for future growth and scalability.
  10. Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and manage network-related budgets.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on network availability and performance.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovative thinking within the network operations team.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to network infrastructure.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other teams on network-related matters.
  15. Drive efficiency and cost savings through the identification and implementation of process improvements and automation.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Managing And Leading Network Availability Operations, Preferably In A Large-Scale, Global Enterprise Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Network Infrastructure And Systems, Including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, And Load Balancers.

  • Proven Track Record In Developing And Implementing Strategies To Ensure High Network Availability, Uptime, And Performance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Proficiency In Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Technical Issues And Develop Innovative Solutions.
