Job Description

If so, KPMG has an exciting opportunity for you as our Director of Life Sciences Quality Management System (QMS). In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide strategic leadership and guidance to our life sciences clients in developing and implementing effective QMS processes. We are seeking a highly qualified individual with a deep understanding of the life sciences industry, strong project management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.   1. Develop and implement effective quality management strategies and processes for our life sciences clients.
  2. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to clients in improving their QMS systems and processes.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
  4. Lead and manage project teams to successfully implement QMS processes and systems.
  5. Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the QMS are integrated and aligned with business objectives.
  7. Train and mentor team members on QMS processes and procedures.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on quality management in the life sciences industry and provide guidance and support to clients as needed.
  9. Monitor and analyze QMS performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  10. Communicate and report on QMS progress and results to clients and stakeholders.
  11. Ensure all QMS processes and procedures are documented and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve QMS processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Foster a culture of quality and compliance within the organization and with clients.
  14. Represent the company in industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise in QMS for life sciences.
  15. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposal development for QMS-related projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems (Qms) In The Life Sciences Industry, Including Fda Regulations And Iso Standards.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Life Sciences Company, With A Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Improving Qms.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Teams Simultaneously.

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Life Sciences, Quality Management, Or Business Administration. Professional Certifications, Such As Asq Certified Quality Auditor Or Iso Lead Auditor, Are Also Highly Desirable.
