  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes for healthcare clients using the Workday platform.
  2. Lead a team of supply chain professionals and provide guidance and direction to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain issues and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare supply chain management and incorporate them into the company's practices.
  7. Manage the implementation of Workday supply chain solutions for clients, including configuring the system, testing, and training.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards related to healthcare supply chain management.
  9. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
  10. Participate in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals and presentations.
  11. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the supply chain team.
  12. Develop and manage budgets and resources to meet project goals and objectives.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  14. Demonstrate strong leadership skills by setting clear expectations, providing guidance, and promoting a positive work environment.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company's expertise in healthcare supply chain management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Principles And Best Practices In The Health Care Industry.

  • Experience Implementing And Optimizing Supply Chain Systems, Specifically Workday, In A Health Care Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Relationships With Clients.
