  1. Oversee and manage the entire grantmaking process, including proposal review, funding decisions, and award management.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines related to grant funding.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with funding agencies to stay updated on their priorities and guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with program staff to identify and assess potential grant opportunities that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  5. Lead the development and implementation of grant strategies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the grantmaking process.
  6. Manage the grant budget and maintain accurate records of all grants and related activities.
  7. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of grant programs to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in grant management to ensure the organization remains competitive and efficient.
  9. Build and maintain positive relationships with grantees to ensure effective communication and smooth implementation of grant programs.
  10. Provide guidance and support to staff and other stakeholders on grant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  11. Prepare and present reports on grant activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management and funding agencies.
  12. Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and other events related to grant management and funding.
  13. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the grants management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Grants Management, Preferably In A Large Consulting Firm Or Non-Profit Organization

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Grants Management

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Grants Portfolios And Developing Strategic Grant Proposals

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Stakeholders.
