- Develop and implement innovative strategies for finance transformation to support client business goals.
- Lead and manage a team of finance transformation professionals to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of client financial operations to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored transformation plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts, to develop cutting-edge solutions for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance transformation to continuously enhance the services offered by KPMG.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to clients on best practices for finance transformation, including process optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
- Oversee the execution of finance transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and building long-term partnerships.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management, highlighting any risks or issues.
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth within the finance transformation practice, and collaborate with the sales team to secure new projects.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, both internally and for clients.
- Represent KPMG at industry events and conferences to promote the finance transformation practice and establish thought leadership.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the finance transformation process and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Extensive Experience In Finance Transformation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Leading And Implementing Finance Transformation Projects In Large Organizations.
Strong Financial And Analytical Skills: The Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Financial Processes And Systems, As Well As Advanced Analytical Skills To Identify And Address Areas For Improvement.
Leadership And Project Management Abilities: As A Director, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Consultants, As Well As Overseeing Multiple Projects. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills Are Essential.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: The Director Will Be Required To Communicate Complex Financial Concepts And Transformation Strategies To Various Stakeholders Within The Organization. Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
Relevant Education And Certifications: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. In Addition, Certifications Such As Cpa, Cma, Or Cfa Are Highly Desirable And Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Finance Principles.
