  3. Conduct credit risk assessments and make informed decisions to mitigate risk and protect the company's interests.
  4. Manage a team of credit professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the commercial credit division, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams within KPMG to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to commercial credit management.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit risk assessment and management, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the division's processes and procedures.
  8. Communicate and present financial information and analysis to internal stakeholders and external clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term partnerships.
