  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in the TMT industry.
  2. Identify and pursue potential business opportunities in the TMT sector.
  3. Work closely with top clients in the TMT industry to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the TMT sector.
  5. Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve goals and objectives.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform business strategies and decisions.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and materials to attract new business.
  8. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and target markets.
  9. Drive the negotiation process for partnerships and deals to secure favorable terms for the company.
  10. Monitor and track business development metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and networking opportunities.
  12. Continuously assess and improve business development processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Mentor and coach team members to facilitate their professional growth and development.
  14. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on business development activities and progress towards goals.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and reputation in all interactions with clients and partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of The Tmt Industry: A Director In This Role At Kpmg Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Tmt Industry, Including Current Trends, Challenges, And Opportunities. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Identifying Potential Business Development Opportunities And Developing Effective Strategies.

  • Proven Track Record In Deal Advisory: Kpmg Is A Leading Provider Of Deal Advisory Services, And The Director In This Role Must Have A Proven Track Record In Successfully Advising Clients On Complex Deals In The Tmt Sector. This Includes Experience In Due Diligence, Valuation, And Financial Modeling.

  • Strategic Thinking And Analytical Skills: The Director Must Possess Strong Strategic Thinking And Analytical Skills To Develop And Execute Effective Business Development Plans. This Includes The Ability To Analyze Market Data, Identify Opportunities, And Develop Strategies To Capitalize On Them.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Key Representative Of Kpmg To Clients And Potential Business Partners, The Director Must Have Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills. This Includes The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Present Complex Ideas In A Clear And Concise Manner, And Negotiate Deals That Are Beneficial For All Parties Involved.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: The Director Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Professionals In The Deal Advisory And Strategy Department. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills Are A Must For This Role, Including The Ability To Motivate, Mentor, And Guide Team Members Towards Achieving Common Goals.
