  1. Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for the TMT sector, in alignment with the overall company objectives.
  2. Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with key industry players in the TMT sector.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  5. Lead the negotiation and closing of deals with clients in the TMT sector.
  6. Utilize a consultative and solutions-based approach to understand client needs and propose innovative and effective solutions.
  7. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and track progress of business development activities.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our presence in the TMT sector.
  9. Continuously monitor and analyze competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development progress, opportunities, and challenges in the TMT sector.
  11. Mentor and coach junior members of the team to enhance their business development skills and contribute to their professional growth.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards, in all business development activities.
